Young volunteers in red t-shirts with raised hands at golden hour

Your time saves lives too

2,800 volunteers across 14 states power everything we do. No medical degree required — just a heart that shows up.

Why Volunteer

The most rewarding hours you’ll ever spend

Volunteers are the hands of Rhesus Aid Foundation. You’ll be trained, supported and celebrated — and you’ll leave every shift knowing someone is alive because you were there.

  • Free certified training in maternal-health outreach and first aid
  • Flexible shifts — weekends, evenings or one-off events
  • Verifiable service hours for NYSC, students and professionals
  • A family of extraordinary people in your city
