Four programs, one healthy start
Each program closes a different gap in the fight against rhesus sensitization — and together they form an unbroken chain of protection from awareness to a healthy baby.

Awareness & Education
We bring the message to the people — campaigns and workshops in universities, markets, places of worship and antenatal clinics that teach every expecting mother what rhesus incompatibility is, and how it is prevented. Each session is led by trained educators with free blood-group testing on site.

Free Anti-D Prophylaxis
Knowledge isn’t enough when a mother can’t afford the injection that protects her baby. Our prophylaxis fund provides Anti-D Immunoglobulin injections completely FREE to Rhesus-negative pregnant women — at 28 weeks, after delivery and after any sensitizing event — administered by qualified clinicians through our partner hospitals.

Emergency Response Network
Prevention starts with knowing your status. Our mobile teams run free blood-group and antibody screening at community outreaches — clinics, campuses, markets and worship centres — and refer every Rhesus-negative woman found into counselling and our free Anti-D programme the same day.

Maternal Support Network
No mother walks this road alone. Our counsellors and peer supporters stay with every enrolled Rhesus-negative mother from her first screening through delivery — with reminder calls, clinic escorts, transport support and a 24/7 helpline that answers the questions fear leaves behind.
